Running Out of Winter? Need Help Finishing Those Cold Weather Projects?

How are those winter projects coming along?

For most people, procrastination is a way of life. We often ask ourselves “Why do it today when it can be put off until tomorrow?” With our increasingly busy schedules, it’s no wonder that basic house maintenance and home improvement projects often get put on the back burner. If you’re like me and you love to maximize the warm months, you probably spend spring through autumn compiling a list of projects you know you should do but think “why not save them for the winter when the snow will keep me indoors?

The problem with pushing things off until the cold months is that we quickly find ourselves running out of winter. When we procrastinated about refinishing those kitchen cabinets last summer, we forgot just how much fun it is to hit those slopes in January. When we let summer sun convince us to put off repainting the guest bedroom, we forgot how alluring it can be to nap away the winter before a roaring fire.

In short, the best-laid winter projects of mice and men often go awry.

If your winter “honey do” list is as long as it was before the snow fell, it’s not too late to wrap up some of those projects. Luxbrush has a wonderful program called “Painter for a Day.” You may remember us promoting that as a holiday gift idea. Before spring finds you with a handful of half-finished projects, maybe you should consider giving yourself the gift of a cleared schedule. Why not have our highly trained painters help you finish those cabinets or that guest bedroom? While we’re at it, what other small projects have been hanging over your head since 2012? We can help with those, too!

Painter for a Day is a customizable and affordable solution that we designed especially for those DIYers who just need a little help when projects stall out and you find yourself in need of a little assistance. Want to know more about how it works? Call us for details!
